Talent and Resource Coordinator

Bonfire Labs has been in business for 25 years and currently has 20 full-time employees and a rotating team of freelancers. We are artists, producers, directors, and technologists who collaborate to create powerful content across all media platforms. We are collaborative, design-focused, and we like to build the stuff we come up with. Perhaps most importantly, creativity should be demonstrated in everything we do, not just the work we do for clients, but how we work, how we think, and how we run our business.

Working at Bonfire Labs requires knowledge of production, design, and creative processes and workflows.  In order to be successful in our fast-paced creative production environment our ideal candidate will excel at:

  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Building a killer contact list, advanced people, and search skills
  • An OCD-like attention to detail, more organized than Marie Kondo
  • Thorough and thoughtful with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outgoing, friendly, and social
  • Knowledge of JazzHR is a plus

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with EP, Creative Leadership, and producers to ensure we have adequate and appropriate personnel to manage projects
  • Source and onboard all staff and freelance talent -  producer, designer, writers, animators, editors, etc.
  • Work with EP, Creative Leadership, and Managing Director to develop and improve processes around recruiting, onboarding, and finding staff and freelance talent.
  • Maintain, update, and constantly improve database of and relationships with freelance creative talent, artists, and producers
  • Lead outreach to freelance artists, producers, and potential partners, and represent Bonfire Labs at industry events
  • Host events under direction of EP or New Business or Managing Director

Qualifications: 2 - 4 years experience in recruiting and resourcing talent required.
